Getting Started
Once you get in touch with our team, we will conduct a brand audit to gain a sense of your starting point, what you are hoping to achieve, and who your target audience is. As we dive deeper into the Discovery Process, we will perform research and review data that will inform us even more about critical aspects of your strategic vision, such as the accessibility needs that may come with your target audience. Accessibility
To meet the needs of a diverse audience, accessibility must be prioritized in the map design process. This means considering text size, color contrast, alt-text (in the case of digital maps that contain images), and other elements which can be disruptive to the visually impaired. We will help execute your creative ideas in a way that is accessible to all by performing a series of tests, checks, and proofing.
Multiple Revisions
We always send completed designs to our clients for their review. We are happy to make alterations to ensure everything is formatted correctly and that expectations are met. We offer unlimited revisions as long as you retain a positive balance, requesting feedback often to ensure that you are part of the design process. This includes weekly check-ins and progress reports.
