The Brand Audit Explained
A Detailed Brand Audit is the process of gathering initial information about a particular business, organization, or brand before starting a project. We do this by conducting a short interview with the client and producing a detailed report. This is our starting point and an opportunity for us to understand how a client perceives themself.
This is one of the most crucial aspects of a successful design project–allow us to walk you through it.
The Audit will give us guidelines to then dive into a deeper discovery process. For example, during a Brand Audit, we may learn who the client wants to target or who they think their target audience is and we’ll collect further data and insights (from sources such as focus groups, website analytics, social media insights, surveys, market research, user personas, customer lists, data from newsletters, etc) to then report back on who the client is actually attracting. This will allow us to determine how to bridge any gaps in your marketing strategy as well as ensure that the deliverables are impactful.
