Creative Repute refined the website strategy, navigation, and core page structure for Nabors Coaching Group to create a clearer path from visitor interest to inquiry. The work included homepage optimization, a restructured Services page, Government Services positioning, visual direction, lead capture improvements, and Leadership Assessment access connected through Wix CRM. The updated site now presents Nabors Coaching Group’s coaching, programs, and government-facing work through a more organized user journey designed to build trust, clarify offerings, and support consultation requests.
About our client
Nabors Coaching Group is a leadership coaching and development practice focused on helping individuals, organizations, and institutional partners strengthen leadership through self-awareness, accountability, and alignment. Through coaching, leadership training, and workforce programs, the organization supports meaningful behavioral change across a range of environments.
Their work spans executive settings, team development, and government-based initiatives, including New Beginnings, a long-standing reentry program focused on preparing individuals for life after incarceration.
The work we did for our client
The goal of this project was to refine and restructure the Nabors Coaching Group website to better reflect how clients engage with their services.
While the existing site contained valuable content, the user journey lacked clarity. Visitors were required to move across multiple pages without a clear understanding of how services connected, where to begin, or how to take the next step.
The project focused on creating a more guided, intuitive experience that improves clarity, strengthens positioning, and supports lead generation.
Our Approach
Creative Repute began with a 90-minute strategy consultation to clarify Nabors Coaching Group’s goals, audience priorities, service structure, and lead generation needs. From there, the focus was to organize the existing depth of services into a clearer, more intentional website experience that supports trust, decision-making, and lead capture.
Website Structure & Navigation
We restructured the site to shift from a service-based layout that just noted what they do to a more intentional “how to work with us” experience.
This included simplifying the navigation, consolidating service entry points, and aligning the overall structure with how users evaluate and engage with coaching and leadership development services.
Services Page Transformation
The Services page was redesigned into a guided experience rather than a static list.
We introduced clear groupings across coaching, programs, and organizational work, supported by concise descriptions and a logical flow. This allows users to quickly identify where they fit and understand how to move forward.
Government Services Positioning
The Government Services page was refined to better communicate both capability and real-world application.
This included strengthening the presentation of leadership development and workforce programs, while incorporating New Beginnings as a key example of long-term impact. The content was reorganized to improve readability and ensure a clear connection between experience and offering.
Lead Capture & User Flow
We introduced a more intentional approach to lead capture across the site in the Wix CRM.
This included strengthening calls-to-action, improving placement of contact opportunities, and recommending the integration of scheduling tools to support direct engagement. These updates create a smoother transition from interest to action.
Visual & Content Alignment
Imagery and content direction were aligned to reflect real, professional environments.
We prioritized authentic leadership settings and interactions, creating a more cohesive and credible visual experience across the site while moving away from abstract or stock-heavy imagery. We also touched up images of the client team, removing distracting backgrounds, color correcting, and cropping images.
The bi-product of design is marketing
A key focus throughout this project was balancing depth of experience with clarity in presentation.
Nabors Coaching Group brings a wide range of services across coaching, leadership development, and government work. The opportunity was to organize what already existed in a way that is easier to understand and navigate.
By simplifying structure and strengthening how information is presented, the site now better reflects both the scope of the work and the experience of engaging with the organization.
The result is a more structured, intentional website that improves clarity, usability, and engagement.
Key improvements include:
- A simplified navigation experience aligned with user intent
- A more cohesive and guided ‘Services’ page
- Clearer positioning of Government Services and program work
- Improved lead capture through stronger calls-to-action and form placement
The site now provides a strong foundation for both immediate engagement and future growth.
