About

A company’s brand identity is the way that business wants to be perceived by consumers. It is the components of the brand: the name, logo, tone, tagline, typeface, etc. that are created by the business to reflect the value that company is trying to bring to the market and to appeal to its customers. Brand identity is separate from brand image, which is the term for the way consumers actually perceive your brand. Sometimes there is a disconnect between intentions and how you are actually perceived by the public. Our strategy at Creative Repute is to bridge that gap and provide you with marketing materials that accentuate the best elements from both your internal identity and external image. With our diversely talented designers we have experience designing website mockups, ads, social media campaigns, brochures, business cards, invitations, mission statements, curriculum, product labels, restaurant menus, product descriptions, character designs, and much more.

We develop brand identities that are designed to not only accentuate your best elements, but also identify concepts of purpose and community; perceptions that inspire long-term customer loyalty. All brands have their own personality and their marketing materials serve as the face of the company. Our strategy is to audit your reputation and delve into cultural, sociological and artistic references targeted at courting your customers. We build upon traditions, symbols, memories and emotions that are already making your customers fall in love with you.

We are a team of world class researchers, artists and graphic designers with culturally diverse and intimate connection to the arts. We do not have a rigid subscription to a specific type of aesthetic, therefore every design screams the client’s brand without a hint of Creative Repute. Nowhere else can you have better support, and the ability to deliver quality service in the strictest of deadlines.

Get In Touch With Us

Step One: Get In Touch With Us

Email info@creativerepute.com for a free consultation. We would like to learn about your services and/or products. It’s important for us to consider where your new marketing materials will be displayed, who your target audience is, and what your long term goals are. We will ask for color preferences, adjectives, and the feeling or message you want your brand’s identity to convey.

The Creative Brief

Step Two: The Creative Brief

We will send you a contract and an invoice for the first half of the payment. Then we can begin the research and development stage. In addition to speaking directly with you, our team will do some cursory market research on your brand and competitors. We will delve deeper to understand key notes that will reverberate your purpose.

Concepts

Step Three: Concepts

Our creative team will begin looking for patterns and themes that will bridge your brand with your target audience. Our process involves sketching literal themes, at this point on paper, and then scanning them into the computer. The art of graphic design is in converting these sketches into non-literal representations and refining them digitally.

Presentation

Step Four: Presentation

Testing each re-branding option with a number of different formats will ultimately lead to a more effective final product. Our team of artists, researchers, and graphic designers will also explore how your color preferences influence the mind and are perceived within your target audience. The most effective design iterations will be chosen and assembled for presentation.

Feedback

Step Five: Feedback

Our designers will ask you to consider the ideas presented and respond with notes. The improved marketing materials will again be presented. We can agree in advance on an a/b test experiment to measure how your target audience responds to your new marketing materials versus the previous designs. Once you are happy with the resulting designs we will submit an invoice for the final half of payment.

Ready To Launch

Step Six: You Are Ready To Launch!

After we have received full payment the rights to display the designs will transfer to you. Our team will produce a variety of file types that can be used for various outputs. Trying to anticipate all possible needs of your brand can be advantageous, preventing the need for corrections and revisions in the future. At this point you are ready to take off! You can share the design files and begin branding.

I recently had the privilege of working with Creative Repute to produce signage designs. The entire design process from start-to-finish was fantastic: the artist who worked with us was extremely responsive to our questions and needs every step of the way, and ultimately really helped us to turn our ideas and concepts into something beautiful. I could not be happier with the Creative Repute!

Nile worked with our nonprofit organization to design promotional material for multiple events. She turned projects around quickly and professionally, incorporated our feedback, and even took the time to show us how to alter templates of posters so we could update them ourselves! We’re so happy we got to work with her and will be contacting her for future jobs.

I can’t say enough good things about Nile Livingston and Creative Repute. They fulfilled a variety of graphic design and web support needs for a complex, year-long music project: design of a project logo, design of print and online advertising, design and support of a dedicated website, design of our concert program, and more. The CR team showed exceptional sensitivity and responsiveness to the historical and cultural intentions of the project, and worked attentively with us to express an aesthetic that embodies the project’s narrative. Nile has been available whenever we’ve called on her for advice, for problem-solving, or to explore a new assignment. They consistently met our agreed deadlines. As we bring the project to a close, CR’s work is part of what has made the project memorable and impactful.
